It was a good summer for Beverley and the Clippers. The two-way guard got the most lucrative contract of his NBA career and also watched the Clippers sign Kawhi Leonard in free agency and trade for Paul George from the Oklahoma City Thunder. With Leonard and George leading the way, LAC is title contenders for the first time in franchise history.
Beverley doesn’t have a signature shoe with Adidas like Damian Lillard, James Harden, and Derrick Rose, but he’s still one of the more high profile players to have an endorsement deal with the company. Beverley is one of the best perimeter defenders in all of basketball and plays with tremendous passion and grit.
