Fake it ’til you make it, as they say.
Dawson Gurley, a YouTuber most known for his impersonation of Klay Thompson, was recently barred from the Chase Center. For those who don’t know, he was suspended because he pretended to enter the court before the game. Gurley was able to slip past security while nobody was on the floor and make a few baskets.
Gurley was eventually discovered, and he was immediately instructed to leave the area. At that point, Gurley received a letter from Chase Center staff informing him that he was no longer permitted to attend Warriors games. As you can see here, Gurley thought this was unfair, albeit it’s difficult to concur considering the situation.
At game 5 and @warriors just banned me for life from their arena.
